PORFORM - AVForm: IT support & management of EU fund claims in agriculture in the south of Italy. The applicants fill in WEB forms on their PC off line form the Internet. Data are stored on a XML file that can be send to a secure server to forward the application. A unique key (GUID) is given to each application and the file is tracked at all the investigation stages.

AVForms is a modular system allowing companies and public administration to substitute paper forms with electronic forms.

The advantages are terrific in terms of human resources saved, errors free database, time to process the information. AVForms doesn’t require an Internet connection, any PC installation and is easily spreading through floppy disks or Internet because one AVForm takes 200-300 Kb of disk space (up to 50 form pages).

AVForms only requires Internet Explorer 5.5 (free of charge) installed on the PC using AVForms.

The data typed in by the user in the AVForm are saved in XML format on the same floppy or on the hard disk; the XML file with the user data is 20-30Kb and may be saved either on the floppy itself or sent via Email or Web to the data collector (company or administration).

BONINFO (www.urber.it) – the service has been developed in 2000, and provide interactive information on real estate data bank of 12 reclamation bodies in Emilia Romagna Region. The very large on line database (7Gb) manages data of around 4 million of urban and rural buildings together with around 6 millions of rural parcels. The service is daily accessed by more than 2.000 users.
